Water Lilies
If it’s privacy that you are looking for as a family, your search ends here. This beautiful cottage has two bedrooms with a hall complete with two attached modern toilets to make your stay very comfortable. The hall bay window overlooks the hills and fields making it a perfect setting for your morning “CHAI”.
Rose Bud
If you are a couple looking for your own little nest or just a single traveller looking to turn your back to the rest of the world then this is your best bet. This snug air-conditioned cottage with a western bathroom is ideally located in our property for some “me time”. Wrapped in nature from all sides with an adorable sit-out to complete the setting.
Hansta Gulmohar
A comfy double bed along with one or two more single beds makes it the perfect choice for a family of three or four. Nestled in the greenest part of the resort, facing the swimming pool or lawns, the experience of living in these aesthetically done up cottages is a memory you’ll carry with you for a long time. Step outside to nap under the rain trees or watch busy birds go about their day’s work. You will wish you didn’t have to go back.
Coconut Cluster
Coconut Cluster is a large-hearted bungalow that is ideal for large groups and families. Two big bedrooms can accommodate three people in each room. Bedrooms come with attached changing rooms and toilets. The bungalow has a big living room that can comfortably accommodate at least four extra sofa cum beds to complete the feeling of one big happy family. The spacious verandah in front adds to the experience by providing an unobstructed view of the sprawling hills and meadows. Stretch your legs and calm your nerves while clouds embrace the ghats leaving you mesmerized with their gentle theatrics.
Mango Hum
Soak In the silence of the hills from the comfort of our cosy bungalow. Thoughtfully designed in dormitory-style to accommodate your friends and family. The larger of the two rooms can hold up to eight persons with 2 double beds and two bunk beds. A smaller adjoining room is fit for four people with two bunk beds. Both rooms are attached with modern western-style toilets. The rustic style patio in front is perfect for get togethers and family reunions.
Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that you will not be able to join us, please review the cancellation policy below
- Reservations cancelled 15 days or prior to the check-in date will incur a 10% cancellation fee on the total stay charges (Total Package). If cancelled within 8 to 14 days prior to check in date 25% cancellation fee will be applicable on the total stay charges (Total Package).
- For special occasions such as Diwali, Christmas, New Years etc. reservations cancelled 2 months prior will incur 25% cancellation charges on total package cost.
- No refunds will be entertained for any cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date
- All valid refund requests will be processed via cheques
*In case of group bookings where a few members of the group cancel, the above terms and conditions will apply which means complete payment will have to be made for the entire group including those who have cancelled.
